Leadership style is the quantity or quality of the work supervisor in the company in carrying out the duties and functions based on standard operating procedures, criteria and measures established by the company, some of the factors that affect performance among employees.
This study aims to determine whether or not the effect of leadership style on employee performance customer service center Pizza Hut Delivery Indonesia Harapan Indah both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents were distributed to employees customer service Pizza Hut Delivery Indonesia Harapan Indah by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis by using a SPSS version 20.0.
The results showed the results of the t test, t value 7.592 and a significance value of 0.015 which means partially leadership style significantly affects the performance of employees customer service Pizza Hut Delivery Indonesia Harapan Indah. The test results showed that the coefficient of determination shows the value (R2) of 0.739 indicates that the independent variables of leadership style on employee performance amounted to 73.9%. While the rest of 45.4% are other factors not examined in this study.
